§ 工作要求 Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement EHS program, coordinate corresponding actions, and monitor implementation.

开发和实施EHS计划，协调相应的行动，并监督实施。

2. Develop and implement EHS procedures as appropriate, in compliance with legal and other requirements.

根据法律和其他要求，制定和实施适合的EHS程序。

3. Manage the EHS documentation system

管理EHS的文件系统。

4. Monitor EHS/ESG performance

监控公司及投资项目的EHS/ESG的表现

5. Ensure all incidents (including near-misses) are reported and adequately investigated

确保报告所有事件（包括一些险情），并对其进行充分调查。

6. Identify opportunities for improvements in EHS

积极寻找改善EHS的机会。

7. Communicate between ACC and strategic partners regarding matters

作为ACC与投资方之间就EHS相关事宜进行沟通的桥梁。

8. Ensure compliance with EHS legal requirements.

确保商务活动符合EHS的相关法律要求

9. Collect and update domestic and foreign information of sustainable development and carbon neutrality, carbon emission reduction policy, government documents, industry development information and relevant laws and regulations.

跟踪收集国内外可持续发展和碳中和、碳减排政策信息、政府文件、行业发展动态信息及相关法律法规。

10. Deeply involved in setting ESG strategic goals and targets.

深度参与设定ESG战略目标和指标。

11. ESG annual work planning and implementation.

制定年度ESG工作计划并推进实施。

12. Establish and implement ESG management system based on social responsibility standard and environmental management system standard.

结合社会责任标准和环境管理体系标准，建立公司ESG管理体系并推进实施。

13. Collect, statistic and analyze ESG information of affiliated company and each department.

收集、统计、分析附属公司及各部门相关ESG信息。

14. Assist external ESG rating agency with questionnaires and any other related works with third parties.

协助外部ESG评级机构的问卷或其他与第三方合作的相关工作。

15. Organize internal training to strengthen the awareness of sustainable development and ESG concept within company.

组织内部培训，加强集团相关部门/附属公司人员可持续发展意识和ESG概念。

16. Complete ESG annual report.

完成每年ESG报告的编纂和披露工作

17. ESG benchmarking management and continuous improvement.

组织开展ESG对标工作，开展ESG专项提升工作

18. Provide solutions to customers based on their business requirements, compiling and writing the proposal etc

理解并引导客户的业务需求，为客户提供解决方案，编写服务方案等

§ 任职资格 Qualification

1. Bachelor or above degree qualification in related majors.

本科及以上学位,EHS或ESG相关专业

2. Familiar with related office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

熟练使用常用的办公软件（Word, Excel, PowerPoint 等）。

3. Fluency in written and spoken English

流利的英文书写及口语技巧

4. Leadership ability and management skills

良好的领导能力和管理技能。

5. Analytic and organizational skills, rigor.

严谨的分析和组织能力。

6. Good relationship, communication (written, verbal and presentational situations) and personnel motivation skills

良好的人际交往能力，沟通（书面，口头和表达情境）和人员激励技能

7. Knowledge and skill in the use of computerized tools and databases.

具备使用计算机工具及数据库的技能

8. IOSH Managing Safely Certificate or equivalent OHS qualification/degree

IOSH管理安全证书或具有同等的OHS资格/学位。

9. Have two or more kinds of system professional knowledge such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and relevant laws and regulations, and have received systematic training (EHS internal auditor certificate is preferred).

具备ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO45001等两种或两种以上体系专业知识及相关法律法规的专业知识，接收过系统的培训（有EHS内审员证书者优先）

10. Familiar with ISO26000 SA8000, ISO14001, ISO45001 and other system requirements

熟悉ISO26000 SA8000、ISO14001、ISO45001等体系要求

11. Systematic understanding and practical experience of EHS/ESG management mode of multinational group and manufacture enterprise.

12. 对跨国集团、生产型企业安质环EHS/ESG管理模式有系统的了解和实践经验.

Up-to-date knowledge of relevant EHS processes and regulations

掌握最新的EHS流程和规章制度。

13. National Certified Safety Engineer certifications preferred

注册安全工程师优先

14. 3years related working experience, 2 years of experience in EHS, developed in industrial environment and preferably at construction sites

3年相关工作经验，2年在工业环境中的EHS/ESG工作经验，最好在施工现场。
